What Hydrogen Field Testing Actually Measured

Drive Clean wasn’t a demonstration. It was a working commercial fleet program, generating real operating data on HHO combustion enhancement in diesel vehicles over years, not weeks. The headline result: documented smoke opacity reductions ranging from 38% to 92% across the vehicles tested.

Why Field Data Changes the Conversation

A 38%–92% range is wide — and that’s the point. Real fleets have real variation: different engines, different maintenance histories, different duty cycles. A lab result gives you a number. Fifty million miles gives you a distribution — and a distribution is what tells you where a technology genuinely works, where it’s marginal, and where it doesn’t help at all.

That’s the discipline I try to bring to every claim I make in my books: not “does this work in principle,” but “what does the accumulated field data actually show, including its limits.”

That’s exactly what disciplined hydrogen field testing is for — separating what works from what merely sounds plausible.
